Project Description:
- The project consisted of the complete demolition of the existing clubhouse and on-site staff housing, new construction of a two-story 22,000 sf clubhouse, two new staff housing structures, and upgrades to the maintenance facility.
- The new clubhouse features spacious locker rooms, a large pavilion for gatherings, a dedicated grill room, a fully equipped kitchen with two bars, administrative offices, mechanical rooms, and space for future golf simulation expansion.
- Site improvements included the relocation of the domestic water treatment facility, construction of additional parking, repaved and graded parking lot and maintenance area, improvement of site drainage, and installation of two septic systems.
- Multiple temporary facilities were set up to maintain the full operation of the club throughout construction.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
