Project Description:
- The project consists of the conversion of an existing bank into a brewery and restaurant.
- The brewery’s first floor features a brewing production area. The second floor consists of the commercial kitchen, brew lab, and restaurant seating with an open concept ceiling.
- A.P. Construction collaborated closely with the design team to help select and finalize the bar and decorative millwork, lighting, canopy, front entrance, siding, and finishes, in addition to the core construction management.
- Additional work includes the replacement of windows and the installation of two new garage doors.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
