Project Description:
- Multi-phase project including 8,900 square feet of additions and renovations. Multiple phases performed simultaneously to deliver on a tight deadline.
- Site work included demolishing the front parking lot to install a new drainage system with new Belgium block curbing, finished with new paving. Relocation of a forced 4” sewer main and installation of 2 new CULTEC drainage systems in the rear of the clubhouse. Multiple retaining walls constructed including a 90-foot retaining wall to extend the new pool patio.
- Demolished existing pool and built a new, repositioned, larger pool along with a new kiddie pool surrounded by concrete patios and finished landscaping.
- Expanded and improved Camp Building facility by reorienting the exterior walls and applying new cosmetic upgrades to the interior.
- Constructed a 1,200 square foot grill room addition complete with a new bar and indoor/outdoor dining areas. Gas-fed fire features were added to the new bluestone patio overlooking the 18th green.
- The entry stairs are being demolished and repositioned to make room for a new elevator in the lobby. The entry and main dining areas are going to be getting all new carpet and paint.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
