Project Description:

  • The project began after the completion of the new Lower School phase. The existing Lower School facility was demolished, and a new three-story Middle School addition was constructed. The new Middle School addition included two classrooms, a collaborative learning space, a counselor’s office, a lounge, a staircase, and an elevator.
  • The existing Middle School, with 16 classrooms and a computer lab was also renovated to tie into the new interior decor. All construction was coordinated and completed alongside a fully operational school.
  • The exterior of the new addition compliments the new Lower School structure and was made up of curtain wall, stone, and stained cedar bat and board siding.
  • New landscaping and hardscaping was continued from the previous phases creating a cohesive campus feeling. A new expansive playground was also completed during this phase of construction.
  • Construction Management services included: budgeting, value engineering, constructibility reviews, logistical and safety planning, scheduling, mock-up facilitation, material procurement, subcontractor bid & award, and construction.
