  • Project included two classroom additions designed to match an existing historic building and interior renovations to the existing facility.
  • Additions included twelve new classrooms with radiant heat.
  • Two areas renovated in existing building included the music room, with acoustical treatments and the carriage house.
  • Site work included renovation of lower school entrance courtyard, new paving, landscaping, and a newly engineered septic system with two pumping stations sized to service the entire school.
  • All work was accomplished without interrupting the day-to-day operations of the school through the use of temporary facilities and a separate construction entrance.
  • Interior renovations to the music room included acoustical treatments as well as other new finishes.
