Project Description:
- Interior renovation to create headquarters for Stamford based bank. Facilities included reception area, open work stations, offices, conference facilities, pantries, lunch room, IT room, and mailroom.
- Executive offices are in a separate area with KI wall systems, high end finishes and a separate pantry.
- Open areas included decorative ceiling clouds and lighting with the structure above exposed and painted white.
- Construction completed in an occupied building with special logistical measures required to avoid disturbance of other tenants.
- Conference rooms have a folding glass partition along corridor and a folding dividing wall so that the rooms can be separated or combined and for social events completely opened up to the corridor and adjacent spaces.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
