A.P. Construction recently completed First County Bank’s office renovation at 3001 Stamford Square, located in Stamford, CT. 3001 Stamford Square is an owned and managed property of Albert B. Ashforth Management Services. First County Bank announced in late 2014 of the move of its executive offices.

First County Bank, founded over 160 years ago, is a $1.3 billion independent mutual community bank with 15 branches in Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk and Westport.

The $1.9 million project consisted of construction of the partial first floor area including personal offices along the perimeter with glass fronts and an executive office area.  Multiple conference rooms were strategically built within the space along with modular partition areas.  A mailroom, IT room and lunch room were part of the renovation. Also included in the 15,000-square-foot project were a boardroom and the executive office wing, both of which have special glass walls, lighting, and high end finishes.

First County Bank joins a high-caliber tenant roster of 3001 Stamford Square, which includes Genworth, KPMG, Navigators, O’Connor Davies, Pitney Bowes and Willis.

“Not only did the build-out go smoothly, but working collaboratively with our partners resulted in nearly no punch list or post-completion projects,” said First County Bank Chairman and CEO Reyno Giallongo.

A.P. Construction’s team overseeing the project included Project Manager Doug Shearer, Superintendent Gary Wink, and Assistant Superintendent Chris Johnston.
