- A fast-track, 15,000-square-foot corporate fit-out — completed in 18 weeks with constant communication and collaboration with the client, architect, and subcontractors.
- The compressed construction schedule required extensive design and construction team coordination to accommodate the long lead time for materials.
- Project included new offices, board rooms, conference rooms, and a pantry with a coffee bar. Finishes included stain-grade wood paneling and benches, acoustical walls and ceilings, fabric and stone-covered walls, glass office fronts, resilient flooring with a warm wood theme, and carpeting throughout.
- Project scope included a biometric security access system and a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heating and cooling system with over 30 zones independent from the main building mechanical system.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
