Scott Marlow is the Director of Field Operations for APC, a division of The Ashforth Company. He is responsible for leading, mentoring, and being an ambassador for all superintendents. Scott mentors our project teams, regularly walks our projects, and shares his 40+ years of construction experience to bolster our project delivery and help coach our staff.
Scott has worked with APC for 30+ years, as a superintendent. His expertise is in field operations, sequencing, logistics, constructability, effective collaboration with trades, and driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and results. He has been involved in many of APC’s most complex projects including Chelsea Piers Connecticut, Ox Ridge Elementary, The Vue, Tamarack Country Club, The Patterson Club, and New Canaan YMCA.
Scott is LEED accredited and holds an OSHA-30 designation. He serves as the Second District Board of Alderman for Milford, CT. He also held numerous public office positions, including Milford Town Committee Fifth District Co-Chairman, Second District Co-Chairman, Board of Education Elected Member, Building Code of Appeal Board Member, and Inland Wetlands Committee Member.
