Project Description:
- Out-of-ground construction and renovation of existing space while school was in session, and despite an unexpected four‑month delay, the project ultimately finished on time and under budget.
- Project included additional classrooms, art and music rooms, kitchen facilities, conference rooms, and faculty work rooms.
- A maple reception desk and ceramic tile floor were installed in the front entrance lobby.
- A new wastewater treatment plant that generates “recycled” water for the new and existing bathrooms was constructed achieving a 33% reduction of water usage.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling and construction.
