Project Description:
- Project included the total interior and exterior renovation of the 25,000 square foot showroom and a 3000 square foot addition with two drive through service lanes. Work was coordinated with Audi corporate architect and millworker and local architect to meet exacting corporate Audi standards.
- Interior renovations upgraded showrooms, car fit-up room, offices, and restrooms facilities. Finishes include new tile and stone flooring, metal and mediagraph ceilings, LED lighting systems, sound systems, glass walls and doors, as well as new mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, security, audio visual, and plumbing systems.
- Exterior work included the installation of over 15,000 square feet of Alucobond metal skin, glass curtain walls, and automatic sliding doors.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, safety planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
