Project Description:
- Project consisted of construction of new, 45,000 square foot corporate offices for Stamford Health.
- Office space created for hospital support departments including information technology, finance, marketing, patient support, and training.
- A separate entrance and reception area were also created for each department with a common dining area and coffee kitchenette.
- Custom LED lighting fixtures were installed throughout, along with daylight and motion sensors to reduce energy usage.
- Despite time constraints, the project was completed on time and within budget.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, safety planning, subcontractor bid and award, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
