Project Description:
- Situated on five acres in the historic village of Southport, CT, the new mixed use residential complex named Southport Green consists of 36 luxury townhomes, one-level apartments and single family homes ranging in size from 1,900 s.f. to over 4,650 s.f.
- Reflective of a traditional New England village, the buildings emulate classic architectural detailing like many Southport homes along the Long Island Sound and Southport Harbor. The design offers elegant dining, a post office within the Inn, and concierge services for all residents.
- With an eleven acre nature preserve and walking trails across the street, Southport Green is one block from the Southport rail station, two blocks from the village center, and four blocks from the Harbor, making it one of the most pedestrian friendly designs on the east coast.
- The project also includes condominium offices, the Dream Spa, the Southport Village Inn with a five-star restaurant and 39 guest rooms.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, phasing and construction.
