Project Description:
- The project consisted of a significant renovation of both the interior and exterior of the main clubhouse, including a new roofline, enclosure of the main entrance and creation of a porte cochere and extensive site work to enhance pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
- A new 14,000 square foot addition on the lower level comprised of a new pro shop and golf bag storage room, and on the upper level of a new formal dining room and terrace, interior and exterior bar, grill, and greatly expanded patio space overlooking the golf course.
- The sprinkler system was replaced throughout with a gravity-fed fire suppression system fed from the existing pool.
- Interior finishes such as millwork and carpeting were all custom designed.
- A new three stop elevator was installed to meet ADA codes.
- The exterior of the building was reclad with new aluminum clad wood windows and doors for greater insulation. New hardi-plank clapboard siding with Azek trim and a stone base.
- A new boiler-fed split system was installed with new main and branch duct work, as well as new primary and secondary electrical service including a new dimming system, club-wide audio/visual system, and new lighting throughout.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, phasing and construction.
