Project Description:
- Long term relationship with Partner Reinsurance completing four major projects and over 12 smaller projects as they established and grew their business in Greenwich.
- All phases included full demolition and interior renovation through furniture installation on four floors of this class A office building.
- Final phase included construction of a 36 seat trading floor on the first floor to replace a previously built 16 seat trading floor on the third floor. The floor has raised floor throughout. The IT room was also relocated with high density cooling as part of this phase.
- Work features custom, high-end beech millwork and trim, white lacquer panels, rice paper full-height glass walls, private offices, multiple conference rooms, lunchroom with serving area.
- Installation of interconnecting stair between three floors with architectural glass and railing system.
- Sophisticated lighting design, fiber optics, CAT 6 wiring and fire suppression system were installed throughout the space.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, phasing and construction.
