Project Description:
- The project consists of 18 ground-up multifamily structures with five variations ranging from duplexes to six-unit buildings.
- A 5,440-square-foot community center will include a commercial kitchen, administrative offices, a fitness center, classrooms, and playground.
- All structures are wood-framed built over a slab-on-grade foundations with double-glazed fiberglass windows and vinyl shingle siding.
- Park-like setting will feature new paved roads, sidewalks, parking areas, and expansive landscaping.
- New underground utilities will be installed including an extensive stormwater infiltration system, outlet control structures, and sanitation lines.
- Additional site work includes fire hydrants, light poles, and ADA-compliant ramps throughout the community.
