  • Mechanical and electrical work includes UPS and 500 KW generator for emergency communications center, NIOSH approved HVAC system for pistol range and communications center, and state-of-the-art security and surveillance system.
  • Included extensive coordination with Metro North to build parking area for the general public and staff at the back of building.
  • The public plaza consists of brick pavers, planting materials and flag poles creating a grand public entrance to the building.
  • Construction management services included: budgeting, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, construction and commissioning oversight.
