Project Description:

  • The project entailed the phased interior renovation of 36,000-square-feet on the 6th and 7th floors of class A office space in Stamford, CT.
  • The plans called for a new trading floor to accommodate over 150 trading positions, private offices and meeting centers with full height glass office fronts.
  • The existing elevator lobby was renovated to compliment the new reception area and various support spaces.
  • A new state-of-the-art IT room supported by the installation of UPS and 500 KVA generator in the parking garage with supplemental air conditioning units located on the roof will accommodate current capacity and space is planned for future expansion.
  • A new coffee tasting room with full ventilation system was installed.
  • New conference facilities and a recreation center were developed in the final phase.
