Project Description:

  • Two-story mixed use building in the downtown area of Darien.  The first floor of the building is a storefront retail outlet for the bank along with other retail tenant spaces. There are office and meeting spaces on the second floor and storage in the third floor attic space, all accessible via elevator.
  • This 15,400 square foot building consists of a poured in place concrete foundation, structural steel and wood frame with concrete deck, cedar shake siding and an asphalt shingle roof.
  • Extensive site work and landscaping to accommodate parking and drive up access to the automated bank teller.  Site work includes a water retention system.
  • Special features of the building include a FM 200 system adjacent to the computer room and a Diebold Security System for specialized bank security.  There is custom designed and fabricated millwork throughout and the lobby features a gas fireplace.
