Project Description:
- Work in three phases on two floors included training facility on ground floor and renovation of third floor in two phases with portion of staff being relocated to fourth floor and portion remaining on third floor.
- Training facility is 3500 square feet and included lecture room with classroom seating for up to 50 people, movable wall, new audio visual equipment, pantry and entry foyer.
- Third floor work included new reception area, conference facilities, pantries, renovated restrooms and corridors, and offices with glass fronts and wood pivot hinged doors. Furniture was reconfigured and re-fabricated.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, scheduling and construction.
