Project Description:
- Five new additions: science wing, kindergarten, computer/media center, administration and cafeteria.
- Renovation of 25% of the existing building including full renovation of the administration area, locker rooms and kindergarten classrooms.
- Improvements made to base building systems including new electrical service, a new data wiring system throughout the school and an extensive upgrade
of the heating plant. - Work was accomplished while school was open with no dislocations or interruptions of the teaching/learning process.
- Site work included a new entrance, improved vehicular circulation and code compliant access.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, safety and logistical planning, scheduling, phasing and construction.
