Project Description:
- Multi-phased, 55,000-square-foot renovation project on two floors of a premier Class A commercial office building in Greenwich, CT.
- Phases 1 & 2 consisted of the fourth floor renovation. Phase 3 consisted of the third floor renovation.
- Renovations included the construction of new private offices, open area workstations, conference rooms, ADA restrooms, a wellness room, a data room, connecting staircase, multi-function room, focus/collaboration areas, and a main café with multiple smaller pantries.
- Additional work included an open ceiling plan with spiral ductwork, high-end millwork finishes, new elevator lobby finishes, new MEP systems, and flooring consisting of carpet, tile, and polished concrete.
- Creative execution of work mitigated delays to the schedule due to material supply chain issues.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
