Project Description:
- Project included demolition and renovation of four floors with two connecting stairs, trading floor with 100 positions, boardroom, 35 conference rooms, private offices, seven pantries, focus rooms, mailroom, large reception area.
- First floor reception area includes security control desk, waiting area, and extensive conferencing facility. Multi-purpose room with removable wall set up for meetings and class events. Reception area includes extensive use of anigre millwork.
- Conference facilities include a telepresence for video conferencing. Multiple focus rooms were developed on each floor. Top three floors use extensive maple paneling to match existing surfaces.
- One new stair to connect trading floor with floor above was installed with stainless steel and glass rails. An existing stair was renovated to match.
- Related project to construct covered walkway from main lobby to parking garage with heat and cooling was completed at same time. Design intent to blend walkway into existing building was achieved so that you can not discern that it was added later.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, subcontractor bid and award, scheduling, and construction.
