Project Description:

  • Project included extensive interior renovation and the construction of a new dining terrace with area underneath for cart storage, golf bag storage, and an extension of the pro shop. The new structure has stone facing, a grand staircase with stone treads and risers, metal handrails. The terrace is raised on pedestals to facilitate drainage and has metal handrails.
  • Adjacent to the new dining terrace, the interior renovations included the front entrance which was reorganized to include view through the building, the living room, and the main dining room where two columns were reduced in size. Work included additional doors to the new terrace, new flooring, wall covering and painting, decorative lights, and new ceilings.
  • In the wing adjacent to the pool, a new bar area and kitchen were constructed to service informal dining in the bar and on a new raised terrace adjacent to the pool. A new corridor was created and an existing stair was realigned. This work required extensive structural analysis, new beams and columns.
  • Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, safety planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
