  • The library features a computerized book return conveyor system, the first of its kind to be designed and installed in the state.

  • All lumber, including material for roof shingles, beams, studs, flooring and millwork has been acquired from companies using sustainable forestry practices.
  • Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, pre-purchase program, scheduling and construction, documentation of sustainability construction activities for LEED Gold certification.
