- Trading floor with 96 stations includes indirect pendant mounted light fixtures and curved acoustic ceilings.
- Over 100 private offices and conference rooms with full-height glass fronts and high-end finishes. Additional amenities include a fitness center and large pantry facility.
- Work on three floors completed in multiple phases.
- A custom designed data room supplemented with 60-ton air control system. The chiller and emergency generator are located on the building’s roof.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, pre-purchase program, scheduling, phasing and construction.
