Project Description:
- Major renovation, reconfiguration, and expansion of the existing clubhouse including a new front entrance, banquet facilities, casual dining area, bar, kitchen, living room, and locker rooms. The finishes were upgraded throughout the clubhouse to include custom stained millwork, Venetian plaster walls, decorative trusses, custom brass countertops, wine displays and lockers, and a fieldstone fireplace. All work was done while the club remained fully operational.
- The new 462-person banquet room overlooking a relocated putting green and the eighteenth green dramatically increased the club’s capacity to host special events. A set of folding doors between the banquet room and the quiet dining room allowed for expanded gatherings.
- New locker rooms and lounges were built on the second floor with private access for members which includes a balcony that overlooks the eighteenth hole and putting green.
- The clubhouse electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were all upgraded. The exterior of the clubhouse was improved and site work included new bluestone patios, Belgian block curbing, new entry drive, architectural columns, field stone fire pits and seating, and extensive landscaping.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
