Project Description:
- New pool complex including pool, wading pool, changing facilities, full service kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, camp building, and play area. Construction required the relocation fairway and green for the first hole of the golf course. All work was done while the club remained fully operational.
- Pool house is a two-level 14,000 square foot structure with a mix of peaked and gambrel roof lines. A covered entry separates the changing, locker, restroom facilities on one side and the life guard office, full service kitchen and dining areas on the other. IPE decking and Versatex wall and ceiling panels were used.
- Site work included a new septic system, extensive grading and landscaping, and a new driveway.
- Pool is approximately 5,300 square feet with six racing lanes, a diving well, and a walk in area. A separate 700 square foot wading pool with zero entrance and pergola is adjacent.
- Camp facilities include a 1,300 square foot pavilion with roll-up doors, multi-function room and restrooms, a fenced playground and a grass play area.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
