- New kiddie pool and pool deck expansion include a new linear drainage system, new pool heating and filtration equipment, and decorative composite barrier fencing.
- Pool locker room upgrades consisted of additions and upgrades to the existing exhaust fan system as well as the introduction of dehumidification.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
