  • Work on the cafeteria included a 4,400 square foot glass expansion on two sides of the building, renovation of the seating area and improvements to the kitchen and servery.
  • Administrative offices were expanded with a new 5,600 square foot addition on the front of the building with stone facade to match other campus buildings. Existing administrative offices were extensively renovated throughout.
  • High sloped ceilings, exterior granite stone facing with limestone window surrounds, aluminum and wood frame interior view windows, and wood wainscoting are architectural design features throughout the building. Wood framed panels were installed to the underside of the compound-curved existing roof/ceiling within the library.

  • Installed a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. This type of roofing membrane is very popular due to its exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure.
