Project Description:
Multi-phased construction project consists of the renovation of two school buildings, three faculty housing buildings, a new maintenance building, two playgrounds, and site work.
Phase II – Completed August 2025
- 37,000 sq. ft. renovation of three historic educational buildings originally built in 1906 into 18 faculty housing units for the Brunswick staff.
- Buildings 1, 2, & 4 are all interconnected and have varying unit sizes from studios to three-bedrooms.
- New energy efficient windows and HVAC systems, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, and all new finishes were installed in all buildings.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
