Project Description:
- Multi-building construction project consisting of the renovation of two school buildings, the construction of one maintenance garage, and an additional site work project.
- Building 1: In-depth interior renovation of the school’s main building including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as well as new finishes to the property. Total renovations for the building will be approximately 20,000 sq. ft.
- Building 2: Renovations consist of the installation of new flooring, the replacement of lighting fixtures, fresh painting, the construction of a new exterior ramp, and plumbing work. The overhaul of the second building will total 3,000 sq. ft.
- Ground-up construction of a brand-new maintenance garage totaling approximately 1,200 sq. ft. The garage will be completed on a tight schedule to meet the start of the school year.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
