Project Description:
- Project consisted of renovating 28,000 square feet of the club house including the kitchen, grillroom, ballroom, and the men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers and restrooms. This is A.P. Construction’s second project at Brae Burn.
- Extensive renovations to the exterior of the building included a new port-cochere, a new roof, a redesign of the exterior facade to incorporate shingles, and new windows.
- Changes to services included a new cooling tower and extensive mechanical alterations, new electrical switchgear, new water line, and spray insulation under the entire roof area.
- Site work included a new dining terrace and a redesigned entry drive to improve the arrival experience.
- Construction management services included: extensive budgeting of multiple schemes, constructability review, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical phasing, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
