Project Description:
- Extensive renovation of an existing office space into a modernized work environment with increased layout efficiency.
- New executive offices and conference rooms were reconfigured and outfitted with new AV equipment. The pantry was completely transformed with all new cabinets, counter tops, fixtures, and appliances.
- All new demountable office fronts were added throughout the space, and the lighting was updated with new wall sconces and ceiling light fixtures.
- Existing walls were extended to the deck above to decrease sound transfer. New floors, paint, wall covering, and ACT ceiling tiles were installed. The architectural woodworking was refinished throughout the entire space.
- New flooring and gym equipment were installed in the office gym, along with a women’s full bathroom and shower.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
