Project Description:

  • Project consisted of a complete gut renovation of the existing building’s interior and exterior spaces, along with the construction of a new 15,000 sq. ft. field house addition featuring an entry pavilion, expanded covered parking, and a gymnasium.
  • The new field house and entry pavilion provide increased security via a secure entry vestibule and pull-under parking protected from the weather. The new gymnasium accommodates basketball, volleyball, and other sports, along with seating space for spectators.
  • New educational spaces with all new finishes and advanced technology including smart whiteboards and video equipment, to support expanded home bases and classrooms with the addition of a teen center.
  • Exterior renovations are highlighted by new 50-seat amphitheater overlooking a new turf field designed for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and baseball. New patios, stairs, and sidewalks provide for streamlined egress throughout the property.
  • Modernization of aging infrastructure includes new HVAC systems, upgraded security systems with direct communication to local police and fire departments, and new audio-visual systems and lighting controls.
