Project Description:
- Expansion and renovation project consisting of a complete interior remodel of an existing building and the ground up construction of a new 15,000 sq. ft. addition.
- Renovations will be made to modernize the infrastructure of the existing building as well as the surrounding site including the addition of new security systems, new audio-visual systems, finish upgrades in the new home bases, classrooms, teen center, and offices, and the replacement of HVAC systems.
- The new addition will feature a new entrance pavilion, security vestibule, exterior terrace, an underground parking garage, and a new gymnasium equipped with basketball hoops, seating, and ample natural lighting.
- Upgrades to the academic facilities of the club include improvements made to the building conditions and additional space allocated to educational and administrative spaces.
- The turf field will also receive a complete overhaul with new padding, turf, line striping, fencing, and a new 50-seat amphitheater overlooking the field.
