Project Description:
- Comprehensive renovation project of 25,000 sq. ft. commercial office space. Project includes an updated fitness center, marketplace café, new lobbies, locker rooms, specialized fitness rooms, modernized kitchen, enhanced structural support, and advanced acoustic and lighting solutions.
- Fitness Center (1st Floor): Constructed a new lobby and entrance, men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, a meditation room, massage room, cardio and weightlifting rooms, and a spacious yoga room for group and individual sessions. Installed necessary additional structural support, created a new street entrance for direct access to the fitness center, and installed K13 ceiling insulation and new lighting for improved acoustics and ambiance.
- Marketplace Café: Constructed a custom Grab & Go station for quick and convenient service and installed K13 ceiling insulation to enhance the acoustic environment.
- Marketplace: Constructed a new elevator lobby on the 3rd floor to improve accessibility, developed a telephone room for private communications, installed 3×3 porcelain tile flooring for a modern and durable finish, constructed new common bathrooms, built three new conference rooms connected by elegant glass French doors, and designed a board room with K13 ceiling insulation, integrated speaker system, and display TVs for advanced presentations.
- Additional project work: Renovated kitchen to modern standards, new plumbing systems for efficient water management, undertook new ceiling work to enhance the overall aesthetic, replaced doors on walk-in pantries and fridges for improved functionality, and installed new kitchen equipment to support culinary operations.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
