Project Description:

  • Complete renovation of lobby configuration and design with custom millwork wall panels, reception desk, wood ceilings, and architectural tile floor. Lobby serves as primary connection between new entry, rear garden, parking garage, conference center, cafeteria and elevators.
  • New front entry with aluminum clad structural steel entrance canopy hung off existing structural columns with suspended laminated flat and curved glass. Entry work also included new drive with stamped concrete surface, curb wall, and sculptural elements to provide enhanced presence on Summer Street.
  • Relocation of cafeteria and kitchen with all new equipment, servery, and seating areas with creative architectural lighting and impressive design features to create a sense of café/bistro.
  • New conference center to serve building tenants with state-of-the- art audio visual equipment and potential for private dining. Lobby and courtyard areas were WiFi enabled for tenant use.
  • Other improvements included development of marketing office, renovations at loading dock, corridor upgrades, and demolition of 150,000 square feet of vacant tenant spaces for marketing purposes.
