Many projects are LEED certified and include the installation of geothermal heat pump systems that can reduce energy costs up to 40%. We recycle construction debris as much as possible and have installed green construction materials such as cellulose insulation, carpets made from recycled materials, low-e glass with Lutron Daylighting systems, and lumber from sustainable forests in a variety of our construction projects.
