Ashforth Completes Greenwich Train Station Renovation

The Ashforth Company, A.P. Construction’s parent company, announced the completion of the newly renovated Greenwich Train Station, a major milestone in its $30 million, multi-phased Greenwich Crossing redevelopment. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle as a welcoming gateway to downtown Greenwich, the modernized station officially opened on January 30.

APC Completes 120,000 SF, 69 Unit Multifamily Oak Grove Project

The project consists of 18 ground-up affordable housing structures with five variations ranging from duplexes to six-unit buildings. The project also features a 5,440-square-foot community center which includes a residential-style kitchen, administrative offices, a fitness center, classrooms and playground.
