Michael Shilow is the Vice President of Construction at A.P. Construction Company, a division of The Ashforth Company. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of successful project delivery, including client relations and satisfaction, construction management, and leading project teams to ensure schedules, quality, safety, and financial controls are met. With over three decades of experience, he has a proven track record of mitigating project risks and consistently delivering successful outcomes.
Michael’s impressive portfolio includes a diverse range of projects such as the Philip Morris ZYN Manufacturing Facility, 12th & Juniper Luxury Multifamily Development, 400-H Mixed-Use Multifamily Development, Westchester County Courthouse, and the Collaborative Research Center at Rockefeller University. His ability to manage complex construction initiatives spans ground-up developments, historical renovations, high-rise construction, sustainable buildings, and tenant improvements.
In addition to his expertise in traditional construction, Michael brings valuable knowledge in renewable energy. He has successfully overseen multiple solar installations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), reinforcing his commitment to sustainable practices.
Prior to joining A.P. Construction, Michael held strategic leadership roles at prestigious firms such as AECOM Capital and Turner Construction.
