Dimitri Seferidis is the Director of Preconstruction for APC, a division of The Ashforth Company. He is the primary contact for owners and design teams for preconstruction services and spearheads the intersection of design development with construction, driving value for project stakeholders and clients by managing budgeting, phasing plans, schedules, logistics, value engineering, constructability reviews, and bid packages.
Dimitri joined APC in 2017 as a Project Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to his expertise with out-of-ground, commercial renovations, and capital improvement projects, he has been involved in several of APC’s notable projects including The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, Indeed, and Siwanoy Country Club.
Prior to APC, Dimitri was a Project Manager for construction firms based in Long Island and Queens, NY. He attended Fairfield University for coursework in Theology.
