- All MEP systems were upgraded throughout, including a new transformer, lighting, HVAC systems—both heating and cooling, and both new and renovated restrooms. The Congregation was retrofit with an all new fire suppression system to meet modern code requirements.
- Exterior upgrades included an Israeli stone façade and both ballistic and mirror-reflective glass to provide the Congregation with an added level of safety.
- Three of the five phases included ground-up additions to provide the Congregation with new classrooms, administrative space, an egress stairwell, and an expanded entry lobby on the first floor with a larger gathering space on the floor above. All areas of the building received cosmetic upgrades including new carpet, ceilings, and wall finishes including both stone and millwork paneling.
- The project site was tied together with all new paving, sidewalks, and landscaping.
