Project Description:

  • Extensive renovation and expansion of the 1893 clubhouse included two substantial additions and major infrastructure enhancements to the original structure. The entire facility incorporated dramatic design and was finished with high-end materials.
  • All new dining facilities include a new rooftop terrace, dining patio, grill room, and a formal banquet hall that can comfortably host over 500 guests in total. These dining facilities are serviced with three new bars and a 2,500 sq. ft. kitchen, designed to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Hospitality areas include six private “hotel” suites on the third floor, a wine cellar, and a heritage room, designed to pay tribute to the club’s historical significance. Both women’s and two-story men’s full-service locker rooms were constructed, each with terraces that overlook the golf course. New staff quarters were built to include a lounge, locker room, and full baths.
  • All new upgraded MEP systems throughout the facility were installed which include a sophisticated air system concealed within the plenum of the ceiling. New underground utilities were constructed as part of the wide-ranging site work which also included five new retaining walls, multiple new staircases, new paving, and landscaping. A new dramatic exterior pergola was built over a bluestone patio overlooking the first tee and putting greens.
  • Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety planning, scheduling, and construction.
