Project Description:

  • Located close to the New Canaan train station on one of the highest points in town, the complex consists of four buildings built over subterranean garages, two buildings with 59 rental units, and two with 40 condominium units. There is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units each with a terrace or balcony. All the buildings are four-story wood frame construction with stone veneer, plank, and shingle siding, with rooftop spaces that include grills and seating areas. The complex also includes a shared fitness facility.
  • Condominium buildings will have a shared lobby with a concierge desk. All units will have a keyless electronic entry system.
  • Garages are gated and heated and in addition to the 173 parking spaces they have bicycle racks and large storage compartments for each unit.
