Project Description:
- Refresh of the fifth and sixth floors which included new carpet, polished concrete in the elevator lobbies, paint and wallcovering throughout. Retrofitted the existing light fixtures to LED energy efficient lighting and upgraded all data wiring and AV equipment. Complete demolition and rebuild of the restrooms.
- Work also included new infrastructure work in the main MDF Room. Work included consolidating their IT racks, new heat pumps and distribution, new ceiling and lighting.
- Construction management services included: constructability reviews, budgeting, value engineering, logistical planning, safety planning, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
