- Out-of-ground construction management project that entailed the removal of large quantities of unsuitable material and the construction of deep drainage structures.
- The interior features a main reading room with exposed wood and iron, antique-style trusses. The children’s story room is hexagonal with double-height ceilings and clerestory windows.
- Exterior details include decorative mahogany brackets under roof overhang, lead-coated copper nials. Decorative brick walkways compliment brick and granite patterning of building.
- Project was completed on time and under budget.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, safety and logistical planning, scheduling and construction.
