Project Description:
- Project involved the extensive renovation of common areas in an existing high rise residential building in downtown New Haven. The building and its main lobby extend across an entire block. The 244 foot long lobby was extensively remodeled in one phase.
- Work in the lobby included new finishes, decorative lighting, new gas fired fireplace, hospitality bar, concierge desk, gallery wall, book shelves, decorative wood screen, ADA restroom, elevator lobby, and several lounge areas with televisions set in millwork surrounds.
- Work on the sixth floor included new finishes and minor modifications to the fitness center, yoga studio, conference room, and theatre.
