Project Description:

  • Project designed to provide orthopedic, pain management, and plastic surgery services on an outpatient basis. Space was separated into two distinct areas, one for consultation and exam rooms and the second with facilities for operations.
  • Consultation side included new entry, waiting room with water feature, offices, exam rooms, IT room and back office facilities. Operation side included new entry and reception with skylight, new exist, pre-operation room, two large operating rooms, post operation room, staff lounge, and private patient discharge area.
  • Other work included extensive coordination with landlord improvements, generator, new concrete floor with extensive trenching to accommodate plumbing, structural improvements, and security system.
  • Construction management services included review of alternate building locations, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
