Project Description:
- Interior and exterior renovation of two 1960’s-era buildings.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling and construction.
FOUNDERS HALL: 21,000 square foot renovation
- Interior demo and re-build of complete MEP systems and interior finishes for pre-school classroom building consisting of 12 classrooms, restrooms, library, teachers lounge and kitchen.
- Installation of Simplex campus fire alarm system
- New entry oval features cove light ceiling mural, pattern designed linoleum flooring and custom designed maple wood wall panels and benches.
- Each classroom has access to its own fenced play yard with specialty yard surfaces and xeriscape plantings.
CAEDMON HALL: 10,000 square foot renovation
- Conversion of existing classroom building to a performing arts center.
- Interior demo and re-build of complete MEP systems and all finishes.
- Installation of Lutron theatrical lighting system and Bose sound system.
- School offices and teachers lounge
