Project Description:
- Interior and exterior renovation of two 1960’s-era buildings.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling and construction.
FOUNDERS HALL: 21,000 sq. ft.
- Completed full interior demolition and reconstruction of MEP systems and finishes for a pre‑school building, including 12 classrooms, restrooms, a library, a teachers’ lounge, a kitchen, and a new Simplex fire alarm system.
- Created a new entry oval with cove-lit ceiling mural, pattern designed linoleum flooring and custom designed maple wood wall panels and benches.
- Each classroom has access to its own fenced play yard with specialty yard surfaces and xeriscape plantings.
CAEDMON HALL: 10,000 sq. ft.
- Conversion of an existing classroom building into a performing arts center.
- Interior demo and re-build of complete MEP systems and all finishes.
- Installation of Lutron theatrical lighting system and Bose sound system.
