Project Description:

  • New 7,500 square foot three story addition with a caretaker’s apartment, youth meeting room, lounge and eight classrooms.  Exterior was designed to match the existing building.
  • Renovation of a 17,000 square foot two story existing wing that required the removal and replacement of the roof structure while keeping a portion of the first floor operational.  New plan included 12 classrooms, nursery, media center, offices and restrooms.
  • Work in existing building included new mechanical, sprinkler, life safety systems throughout, code required upgrades and minor alterations.
  • Site work included the reconfiguration of the parking area and the installation of a new traffic signal at the entrance off of Route 1.
